I was skeptical when ordering the small since most of the skirts I buy are mediums, but the skirt is actually very loose and not tight at all. Speaking of which, I found that since I'm petite (5'3\\\\\\\", 118 lbs), adding a belt to my waistline would have made me look better overall when I wore the dress. I'm glad I bought this dress on a lightning deal.
